How to make a brat meme

Is my photo private?

What image types can I use?
Any image your browser can open, including JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF (the first frame). Some browsers also open HEIC photos from iPhones; if yours doesn't, take a screenshot of the photo and use that.
Why is my photo cropped?
Very wide or very tall photos are cropped from the edges so the meme stays a shareable shape. Crop the photo yourself first if you want to choose which part stays.
Can I make the band a different color?
