Reporting a bug
If a tool isn't working, it helps a lot if you tell us:
- which page you were using,
- your device and browser (for example “iPhone 15, Safari” or “Windows, Chrome”),
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
Please don't send us your photos or audio files. Our tools never upload them, and we don't need them to fix a problem.
